Ready or not...Brooklyn, here I come!!!

only 1 week away!

To be continued...I promise!

Until then...

~How do you conquer something
that in your head has already conquered you?

~How do you force your recovered injury
to keep up with your wants and needs?

~How do you handle the feeling that one injury healed...
is leading to another injury stirring?

~How do you cope with going into something
knowing that your  success is getting to the starting line...
rather than crossing it?

~How do you handle first races back after
2 years too long???

  7. Oh, I am so glad to see you back!!! I have missed you!!!! I love the question that you asked - how do you cope with going into something knowing that your success is getting to the starting line... rather than crossing it? The celebration is that you ARE making it to the starting line!!!! So many people never do that and you ARE!!!! So happy for you!!!!

  9. Maybe we'll happen to bump in to one another in Brooklyn between 20,000 other runners ;-) I think you walk to the finish line with a smile, and don't let anything take that off your face. Know your body, trust that it will carry you through, and relish in the sights and sounds of the race!
